I just got the heads up that I will be doing a major craft show here in Madison (Post about that later) and I need everyones help! I am starting to create my stock and I need to know what my consumers really want.
There are two polls right over there ---->
I need your opinion, once you voted leave me a comment that you voted, the polls close Monday night and Tuesday I will pick a random voter and will send you a little thank you for you time. Havent decided what yet, I may make it your choice, maybe fabric, vintage patterns, maybe even a purse if I have the motivation *smile*

I am interested to see how these polls turn out. My purse size preference has really changed this past year. Especially when I am taking a day trip or I am going shopping I prefer a bigger tote bag (because I place purchased items in my tote rather than use plastic), but then I run into losing my keys and wallet. I was able to remedy this by sewing a flat zipper pouch in a coordinating, but difference patterned fabric to act as a clutch to hold all my personals. I voted!
Craft show in Madison sounds awesome! I voted! For me the size of the purse depends on the occasion-for everyday I use a medium size, for a date night with hubby-small, for running around with the boys-the larger the better. :)And the handles-depending on the purse:) Hope this helps you!

I think purse strap size is purse-dependent. Before kids I always did a big purse with straps long enough to put it comfortably over my shoulder. I've foregone the large purses since having a baby and always go with cross-body styles with the long, adjustable straps, because it's too heavy to carry a big purse and a toddler (and sometimes a diaper bag).
I am a handbag hoe... I really am. My collect now stands at over 75. It's an addiction.
I change my purse every day to coordinate with my outfit - it's like earrings or shoes for me, it the most varied of my accessories.
I think having a wide variety of sizes, colors, embellishments, textures, etc. is going to be key since it's such a personal type of purchase.

I just made a bag the other day (for a Christmas gift, so I can't post photos of it) and made the handles super long, as I like my own. I'll be curious to see the final results of the poll, though. It seems I'm not in the majority.
